1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the website https://usbusinessnetwork.com, completing the 10P Readiness Scorecard, requesting consultation appointments, or submitting partner applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are established by American Agent Network LLC d/b/a US Business Network (“USBN,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Nature of Advisory Services — Counsel, Not a Takeover

All coaching programs, diagnostic scorecards, strategic intensives, and advisory board relationships provided by Don Martin and USBN are designed as strategic executive counsel.

• Client Executive Authority: You and your executive leadership team retain total operational control and sole authority over your company. Recommendations provided by USBN serve as advisory perspective; implementation remains entirely within your discretion.
• No Certified Professional Opinion: USBN provides executive business strategy and operational counsel. Our advisory services do not constitute certified public accounting (CPA), legal counsel, securities underwriting, or registered investment advisory services. Clients are advised to consult their independent legal, tax, and accounting counsel.

3. Third-Party Products and Strategic Financing

USBN collaborates with independent partner entities to provide business financing and related services.

• ROK Financial: All commercial real estate and business loans, equipment leasing, and working capital solutions are provided solely through ROK Financial and its authorized lenders. USBN is an introducing partner and is not a direct lender, underwriter, or loan guarantor.
• Developing Offerings (YourKeyCard & Wellthcare): Programs designated as “COMING SOON” remain in development. Details, launch schedules, and partner terms are finalized exclusively by their respective owners.

4. Independent Affiliate Partner Program Code of Conduct

Participants in the USBN Independent Affiliate Partner Program act strictly as independent contractors. Affiliates must adhere to our zero-tolerance compliance standards:

• Commissions are earned exclusively on verified customer purchases of eligible products and services.
• Absolutely zero compensation is paid for recruiting, sponsoring, or enrolling other affiliates.
• Affiliates may not make income guarantees, fabricated earnings testimonials, or misrepresent program terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary frameworks — including the 10P Coaching Path (Plan, People, Products, Process, Promotion, Performance, Profits, Projects, Priorities, Prayer), God’s Blueprint for Business Success, the Blog publications, website copy, and branding — are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall American Agent Network LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or Don Martin be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of this site or implementation of advisory concepts.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
